As we are acutely aware, the past few years have been very stressful.  The presence of COVID has intensified the many challenges teachers and school administrators faced prior to the emergence of the coronavirus.  In his keynote Dr. Brooks will describe realistic strategies that teachers and administrators can use to become more resilient.  Similar strategies can be used to reinforce the motivation and resilience of students.  Many examples will be used to illustrate these strategies.
